Drop The Pounds Eating Like This?

 

A healthy and nutritious meal that will fuel the body without adding inches to your waist.This is my favorite phase in my eating plan; lots of healthy fats, veggies, and moderate protein and carbs. Everything on my plate is natural with no toxins or artificial flavoring.  Simply put, less ingredients per food item is a rule of thumb.  What’s on my plate?  Sprouted wheat Ezekiel 4:9 toasted bread, topped with fried egg in olive oil sitting on nitrates-free and sugar-free turkey.  Roasted in olive oil, broccoli and brussel sprouts. Freshly-cut avocado, seasoned with red pepper.  On my succulent plate are a few pieces of natural sausage.  How many calories am I consuming?  The number I am consuming are irrelevant, considering your body treats calories differently.  Find the number that works for you.
