Join Brennen Fitness Boot Camp to become stronger, leaner, and more athletic. Boot Camp incorporates a combination of high intensity interval training, strength training, stretching, and foam rolling. Gerard Brennen creates boot camp programs that allows participants to scale the difficulty up or down, depending on their goals and abilities. Gerard works to create an environment that is inclusive and supportive for everyone, no matter whether they are just starting on their health and wellness journey or have been an avid gym-goer for years.
