Youth can prevent injury and get the competitive edge in sports by joining Brennen Fitness!

Gerard Brennen, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), uses free weights, ropes, and bodyweight exercises to help kids and teens learn basic body movements that are essential to preventing injuries. The Brennen Fitness Youth and Conditioning program helps them to master strength training fundamentals and techniques while getting stronger and faster.

Should kids lift weights?  Strength training has been shown to help prevent injuries as kids begin to join competitive sports by creating muscular balance so that one muscle group doesn’t overpower another. In addition to improving strength, training also improves their bone density, balance, and personal self-esteem.  At Brennen Fitness, the emphasis is on always on proper technique and safety.  If you have any questions, please email Gerard Brennen.
